I would like to personally thank everyone for coming out Saturday morning for another great race and perfect running weather!  We are steadily growing thanks to your support.  I know I had a great time, as I do every year, and would like to thank everyone for their great comments!  I would like to take a moment to thank our good friends at Kale Running for another year of support and timing.  Our title sponsor Alion Science and Technology. And The Runner's Source for providing a home for early packet pick-up.  As any good race director will tell you there is always something we can do better.  More Sports Drink and Bananas are at the top of the list for everyone and I have already purchased coolers for next year!  I recognize there is always room for improvement and we will continue to do so.  

 

Most importantly is ensuring that we have proofed the information on the website and the downloadable forms.  Due to the confusion between the website and the form regarding the kids age groups for the 5K, I am ordering medals for the younger age groups and will have them mailed out this week to correct this problem.  These groups are the 14 and under groups for Male and Female. 

 

If you placed in your age group and did not pick up your medal please contact me at racedirector@pumpkinrun5k.com and I will put it into the mail for you this week.

Next year we will be back on the original course which has been measured and will be submitted this year for a USTA certification number!
